Dr. Rob Murray

Rob Murray is the CEO and co-founder of Transformed Leader, which includes Transformational Performance and The Healthy Executive—organizations dedicated to developing emotionally healthy, mission-driven leaders and teams.
Born and raised in South Africa, Rob brings a global perspective and a deep passion for helping leaders navigate complexity, build resilience, and overcome their greatest challenges through experiential and transformational learning.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Theology, a Master’s in Social & Civic Entrepreneurship, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. Rob is the co-creator of The Human Operating System™ and the author of several books that bridge the gap between life and leadership. He serves as an executive coach, keynote speaker, and experiential facilitator, guiding leaders to align who they are with how they lead—so they can multiply their impact at work and at home.

Jack Nicholson
CSO
Jack Nicholson serves as co‑founder and partner at Transformed Leader, home to Transformational Performance and The Healthy Executive. His focus: helping leaders and teams thrive by navigating the human side of executive leadership. Jack’s work equips executives in the core competencies that drive healthy, high‑performance cultures—leading constructive change, transforming conflict, building relationships of trust, and unlocking creativity and innovation.
With three Master’s degrees in Human and Organizational Systems, Counseling, and Theology, Jack brings both depth and breadth to his approach. A lifelong student of how deep change happens, he has dedicated his career to guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformation. He is also the co‑author of The Human Operating System: Recovering the Heart and Soul of Your Leadership.

Troy Murphy
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Dr. Troy Murphy has spent more than 30 years working across a wide range of organizations and non-profits, traveling the world to creatively teach transformative principles for leaders, teams, and organizations. For a decade, he served as Chaplain for the Green Bay Packers—including their 2010 Super Bowl run—mentoring and coaching professional athletes, faith leaders, and business executives from across the country.
Troy has not only taught transformational leadership, he has lived it. As part of his doctoral work in Transformational Leadership, he implemented The Human Operating System™ within his own organization and across the city of Green Bay, Wisconsin. This city-wide initiative became a living case study in how systemic change can take root, influencing leaders in business, government, and the non-profit sector alike.
